作为摄影,这组照片并没有明确的主题和观念,但当所有照片同时陈列出来时,会流露出一种气息,一种忧伤的美感。在拍摄过程中,我并不会设置什么内容,一般是在各种景中寻找感觉,发现自己的兴趣点,然后在拍摄过程中尽可能将我所想要的那种感受明确化。
对于诗意化场景的迷恋,是基于我对浪漫主义美学的心理诉求,同时这也是最适合我个人的影像气质。而胶片的不确定性(经常会出现一些随机的画面效果),更是在一定程度上加强了影像的意味,在视觉上打破了摄影的完整性和现实感,从而营造出了一个反常规的视觉空间,一种梦境般的视觉体验。
As for photography, this set of photos really has no specific theme or idea. But when all these photos are unfolded in front of you, they just convey an atmosphere, or some touch of sentimental beauty. When taking these photos, I deliberately set no concrete content; instead, I just let the scene itself bring me feelings. It also might be put that my focus of interest simply lies in the scene, and I just try my best to refine the feeling I need when taking the photos.
Thanks to my spiritual pursuit of romantic aesthetics, I tend to be intoxicated by poetic sceneries, which might be accountable for my personal style of photography. There are lots of uncertainties when taking photos with film because the photo effects are usually random. But some uncertainties will somewhat enhance the impact of sceneries. This way of photo taking, by putting out an anti-conventional visual space, or a thoroughly dream-like visual feeling, also challenges the traditional photography that focuses on integrity and realistic sense.
