4、2015年6月23日，中国内蒙古。仅仅两天后，清晨，父亲醒来后忽然不能动了，他躺在床上，等待救护车的到来。谁也没想到，这一躺下，父亲便再也没有站起来……

6、2015年9月18日，中国内蒙古。失去了规律的运动，父亲往日结实的手臂开始渐渐变瘦。

7、2015年10月6日，中国内蒙古。父亲在康复中心锻炼，他的身体状况只允许他抓一会儿双杠，但每次父亲都会努力多保持片刻，他象是又接受了一个新的任务，开始对自己充满着必胜信心。

Father does exercise in the rehabilitation centre, his health condition only allows him to hold parallel bars for a while, he performs very hard to hold his position one more moment for every single time. He seems accepted another assignment and full of confidence on himself.
8、2015年10月6日，中国内蒙古。父亲喜欢戴帽子，生病时更如此，也许，此时帽子能让他找回一种做警察特有的的尊严、责任和安全感。

9、2015年10月8日，中国内蒙古。父亲在康复中心做站床锻炼，以他的性格是不允许自己倒下的，而绑带的束缚又让他很恼火，为早日真正站起来，父亲只能不服气地忍受着。
8th October 2015, hospital, Inner Mongolia, China. Father does functional exercise in rehabilitation centre, according to his characters, falling down is definitely negative, but binding over his arms makes him really nervous, in order to get restored to health sooner, he tried very hard to obey this binding procedure.
10、2015年10月6日，中国内蒙古。医院大厅，父亲一改往日的倔强，变得很听话，他象小孩一样，乖乖张大嘴，让我给他清理咳出的痰。
6th October 2015, hospital, Inner Mongolia, China. Hospital lobby, father changed his former stubborn nature and obedient like a kid, open up his mouth allow to clean his sputa.
11、2015年10月2日，中国内蒙古。父亲晒着太阳，神情有些忧伤，瞬间又变得坚毅，他虽不能说话，但神情告诉我：他不会放弃，战斗没到尾声，怎能轻易倒下呢？
2th October 2015, hospital, Inner Mongolia, China. Father was basking in the sun, he looks a little sad but one moment later he turns to be strong, although he was unable to speak but his expression reveals: he won’t give up easily, how come to fall down since the battle has not finished yet?
12、2015年10月9日，中国内蒙古。父亲病情似乎在慢慢转好，镜子中，在康复医生指导下，父亲竟能摇晃着站起来，推着轮椅中的我，象小孩学步一样向前挪动。
9th October 2015, hospital, Inner Mongolia, China.Father’s condition seems getting better and better, although unsteadily, but father was almost be able to stand up under the instructions of doctor.
13、2015年9月23日，中国内蒙古。入秋，父亲病情忽然开始反弹，每次的抢救与治疗，都会带着一种不安和新的希望。
23th September 2015, hospital, Inner Mongolia, China.In the beginning of autumn, father’s condition has begun relapsing, every rescue and treatment bring anxiety along with hope.
14、2015年10月6日，中国内蒙古。一个月后，与病魔耗尽体力的父亲累了，他在睡梦中安静地走了。人生最后一场战斗，没有输赢，没有遗憾！父亲的背影仿佛还在那里，双杠上似乎还保留着他的体温，如同他性格里的不屈、和对生命的热爱，散发着温暖的气息。
6th October 2015, hospital, Inner Mongolia, China.One month later, the serious illness used up all father’s strength, he was tired and left peacefully in his dreaming. There’s neither win or lose, nor regret in his last life battle! It looks like father’s back alone still out there and the parallel bars keeping his temperature as well as his persevere characters and passion for life, sending out warm breath.
